You can easily get to the island of Mainau with the daily ships from Konstanz or Meersburg. You can find the exact departure times here. From Constance you need about 30 minutes by ship.
Car / taxi
You can drive directly to the palm house at the wedding, there is parking at Resteraunt Schwedenschanze, just say your name to the gatekeeper
